The Short Goblin appears in “City of Thieves” living in the city of thieves. He is seen stealing a creature’s ring, though Finn tries to stop him. He is, hence the name Short Goblin, a Short Goblin though his skin colour is slightly different from the goblins in “The Silent King”.
